Adam Schiff Claims HE Has Evidence of “Collusion” But Refuses to Release It

House Intelligence Committee chair Adam Schiff is claiming there was “Undoubtedly” collusion between President Trump and Russia.

So, where’s Schiff’s evidence? He won’t release it.

A new petition demands Adam Schiff step down from the House Intel Committee for perpetuating a Russian Collusion Hoax for 2 years.

Breitbart reported that Democrats triggered the investigation when the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign paid an opposition research firm Fusion GPS, to find dirt on Trump. The resulting Russia “dossier” led to an FBI investigation that was later leaked to the media and the opposition, creating public pressure for an investigation by the special counsel.

Disclosing the “underlying evidence” to the Democrat-run House of Representatives would essentially complete the task Fusion GPS had begun, providing — Schiff and others hope — damaging revelations, even if no evidence of guilt.

But some say Schiff is abusing his position of power on the intelligence committee.

As Breitbart News noted earlier this week, Schiff has claimed at least 14 times that there was evidence of collusion — and none has been found, prompting many Republicans to demand his resignation.

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) resisted those demands, insisting: “Mr. Schiff is going to be chairing that committee for a long time to come.”

Some Republicans have said Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) bears responsibility for Schiff’s conduct.

Back in February, Schiff went on CNN where he declared that there is “compelling” evidence in “plain sight” of collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign.

Real Clear Politics reported that Schiff said, “You can see evidence in plain sight on the issue of collusion, pretty compelling evidence. Now, there’s a difference between seeing evidence of collusion and being able to prove a criminal conspiracy beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Rep. Adam Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said Sunday that he believes there is still “significant evidence of collusion” linking the Russian government with President Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, despite Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s reported findings to the contrary.

“There’s a difference between compelling evidence of collusion and whether the special counsel concludes that he can prove beyond a reasonable doubt the criminal charge of conspiracy,” Schiff said during an interview on ABC’s “This Week.” “I leave that decision to Bob Mueller, and I have full confidence in him.”

Attorney General William Barr on Sunday released the “principal conclusions” of Mueller’s completed Russia probe in a four-page letter to lawmakers, which stated definitively that Mueller did not establish evidence that Trump’s team or any associates of the Trump campaign had conspired with Russia to sway the 2016 election.

On “Fox & Friends” Monday morning, Fox News contributor Mike Huckabee said Schiff and his fellow Democrats should be blaring the hit song from the Disney film “Frozen”: “Let It Go.”

“Adam, you’ve been saying you’ve got evidence. Show up with a box of it and empty it on the Capitol steps or shut the heck up,” Huckabee said.

He offered some advice to President Trump and Republicans as they navigate the Mueller report fallout and calls from Democrats for further collusion and obstruction investigations: “Counter-punch hard.”

He noted that Democrats only control the House, while Republicans have the White House and the Senate.

“Let Lindsey Graham and the Senate Judiciary Committee go after: Who were the conspirators? Who were the ones who inside the Justice Department and FBI actually conspired to bring down this president?” Huckabee said. “Chase them to justice. Order the attorney general to do the same thing.”
