President Trump is calling out the 30 or more Democrats who left D.C. to head to Puerto Rico to catch the Broadway hit “Hamilton,” while he waits inside the White House to ink a deal on border security.
Fox News reported that despite a partial government shutdown with no end in sight, about 30 Democratic members of Congress traveled to Puerto Rico this weekend — with their families and lobbyists — for a winter retreat where they also planned to see a special performance of the hit Broadway show “Hamilton.”
Those attending the Congressional Hispanic Caucus BOLD PAC gathering in San Juan also planned to meet Saturday with Puerto Rican officials to discuss ongoing cleanup efforts from Hurricane Maria, according to a report.

Meanwhile, this is the scene where President Trump is at.
It's pretty at @WhiteHouse this morning, as Washington is in the midst of a winter storm that's having major impacts on airports & travel in the area. DC is one of a growing list of cities that will have more snow than the Twin Cities by Monday #mnwx #dcwx pic.twitter.com/nrXJWL2RS1

Trump called out Democrats, who are on a “winter retreat” in sunny Puerto Rico, courtesy of their lobbyists.
President Donald Trump on Sunday accused Democrats of ‘having fun’ while he is in the White House waiting to make a deal to end the government shutdown.
‘I’m in the White House, waiting. The Democrats are everywhere but Washington as people await their pay. They are having fun and not even talking!,’ he tweeted on a snowy Sunday morning in Washington D.C.
Congress left the city on Friday with some lawmakers going back to their home states for the weekend and others – including new Speaker Nancy Pelosi – traveling to Puerto Rico for a conference and to see Lin-Manuel Miranda in ‘Hamilton.’
